The Lemon Law today is in pretty good shape, it didn't exist in many states at all just three decades ago.  Today, more and more legislatures are paying heed to the problems consumers face when their consumer goods, including cars, boats, and rvs, just can't seem to be fixed.  Many states today, and the federal government have enacted individual lemon laws.
