LEMON LAW TOMORROW Nobody really knows what the future holds for the California Lemon Law or the Lemon Laws across the US.  However, people who support their lemon laws can petition their legislatures to keep the lemon laws on the books, to create new lemon laws, or to expand existing lemon laws.  Given the power of the corporate lobbyists, there is not guarantee that the laws on the books today will still be around tomorrow. We should not take our lemon laws for granted as with any piece of legislation, they can we wiped out with one swipe of the pen.
