LEMON LAW OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA Lemon Law statues exist in many states other than CA or California.  Other states with their own lemon laws may include, but are not limited to, Pennslyvania, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, and North Carolina.  Each Lemon Law has its own provisions.  The Federal Government has enacted its own Lemon Law called the Magnuson-Moss act.  More information about the various state and the federal lemon law can be found online. Does the Lemon Law exist in other countries?  Honestly, we have no idea.  But it would make sense.  Lemon Laws are popular with US consumers that it would make sense that foreign governments enact similar laws if they already have not.
